Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer cum Video Editor who can design visually appealing creatives and produce engaging video content for digital marketing and branding projects. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both static designs and video editing for multiple clients across platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Graphic Design

• Design creatives for:
• Social media posts & stories
• Ads (Meta, Google, marketplaces)
• Posters, flyers, banners, brochures
• Branding materials (logos, brand kits, pitch decks)
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts

Video Editing

• Edit videos for:
• Reels, Shorts, and social media videos
• Ad creatives
• Promotional and branding videos
• Add:
• Text animations, transitions, effects, and music
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Ads)

Collaboration & Workflow

• Coordinate with content, performance marketing, and account teams
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Revise designs/videos based on feedback

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1–3 years experience in graphic design and video editing
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
• Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut / Final Cut Pro
• Social media design trends
• Video formats & aspect ratios
• Creative thinking with attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage

Key Attributes:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred)
• Strong portfolio is mandatory
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital trends.
