Graphics Designer- EDTECH

Job description:- GRAPHIC DESIGNER- EDTECH

Purpose: To create visual concepts to communicate information by banners, catalogues

etc. and to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.

Responsibilities:

 Study design briefs and determine requirements

 Taking design briefs to understand requirements

 Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

 Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

 Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

 Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

 Test graphics across various media

 Amend designs after feedback

 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

 Conceptualizing and developing design concepts, graphics and layouts

 Designing and producing collateral in accordance with brand guidelines

 Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and

incorporating their feedback into the final design

 Liaising with team and to ensure proofs are of good quality and in line with

requirement.

Competencies:

 Practical Knowledge of working on tools like GIMP, Canva, InDesign, Illustrator,

Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

 Proven experience on Publication

 Experience in Banner Making, Catalogues, Flex, Website Banners etc.

 Adaptable, flexible and fast learner

 Self-motivated, High Integrity, Independent & Outside the BOX thinker

 Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

 Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Educational Qualifications:

 Graduated with Certification in Graphic Designing.

Experience:

 5+ years of experience in Graphic Designing in an Education / EdTech Industry.
