Sigma Empire is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer Executive to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support branding, marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and business communication materials. This role requires strong design skills, creativity, and the ability to transform ideas into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and create marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, and advertisements.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Create and edit visual content for digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and other teams to produce engaging creative assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all designs and communication materials.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends and industry best practices.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field. (Optional)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva (preferred)
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (optional but preferred)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple assignments.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.
• Strong experience in Packaging Design, Illustration, and Video Editing.
• Experience in social media content design.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts.
• Knowledge of AI-based design tools is a plus.
