About the Role
We are looking for a creative and skilled designer with strong command over Adobe Illustrator and Packaging Design to design high-quality product design and their packaging for fitness and sports equipment. The ideal candidate must have an eye for detail, excellent visual sense, and experience in developing packaging layouts, die-lines, labels, and branding artwork.
Key Responsibilities

• Skilled in testing new and existing products design against market and competitor benchmarks, delivering creative solutions that enhance product quality and competitiveness.
• Product & packaging design, boxes, labels, sleeves, and inserts using Adobe Illustrator
• Create die-lines, print-ready files, and production artwork
• Work closely with product, marketing, and branding teams to align designs with brand standards
• Adapt designs based on feedback and printing requirements
• Ensure all packaging meets brand guidelines, and manufacturing specifications
• Create mockups, variations, and final output files for mass production
• Maintain organized design files and version control
• Assist in other branding and graphic design tasks when required

Requirements

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (expert level preferred)
• Strong understanding of packaging design, print layouts, and product design
• Experience creating dielines and preparing print-ready artwork
• Good understanding of color profiles, CMYK/RGB, bleed, and print standards
• Ability to handle multiple design projects simultaneously
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of new design trends.
• Experience in creating product mockups to represent design (bonus).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• 1–3 years professional experience in packaging design
• A strong portfolio showcasing product design and packaging work
