Responsibilities:

1. Design Creation:

• Develop visually appealing and creative designs for various marketing materials, including social media graphics, website visuals, brochures, posters, banners, and more.
• Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual designs that align with our brand's tone and message.
• Use your artistic flair to produce captivating illustrations, infographics, and other graphical elements.

2. Brand Identity:

• Ensure consistency and coherence in design by adhering to our brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Contribute to maintaining and evolving our brand identity through innovative design solutions.

3. Collaborative Work:

• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project objectives and deliver designs that meet specific requirements.
• Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs to achieve the desired visual impact.

4. Visual Communication:

• Craft designs that effectively communicate complex ideas, information, or emotions to our target audience.
• Utilize design elements such as color, typography, and layout to enhance the visual storytelling.

5. Multimedia Expertise:

• Design engaging multimedia assets, including animations and video graphics, to enhance user engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to our visual content.

6. Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the accuracy and quality of final design outputs by reviewing and proofreading before delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in visual design elements.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work within a team.
• Experience with animation, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.
