Job Description

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with strong knowledge of offset printing and packaging design. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing packaging materials and preparing print-ready files.

Key Responsibilities

• Design packaging materials such as mono cartons, rigid boxes, corrugated boxes, and paper bags.
• Create and work on Keyline Drawings (KLD) while ensuring structural accuracy and functionality.
• Prepare print-ready files with correct margins, bleed, color separation, and layout for offset printing.
• Handle pre-press and post-press processes, ensuring high-quality output.
• Coordinate closely with the production team to meet technical and printing requirements.
• Manage finishing processes such as UV drip-off, foiling, embossing, and other special finishes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all designs.
• Ensure quality control, focusing on color accuracy, sharpness, and layout precision.
• Handle multiple projects at the same time while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in packaging design and printing technology.
• Work from the office and maintain regular coordination with the management and production teams.

Software Skills Required

• CorelDRAW
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe InDesign (preferred)

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in offset printing and packaging design.
• Hands-on experience in mono cartons, rigid boxes, and corrugated boxes.
• Experience in the paper packaging industry is mandatory.
