About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Design Trainer with strong expertise in design tools Photoshop, Coraldraw, Illustrator and Figma to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in professional graphic design projects and a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring designers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct engaging and practical training sessions on Graphic Design principles, UI/UX basics, and design tools (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

* Create and deliver training materials, assignments, and real-world projects for learners.

* Guide students in developing creative portfolios and professional design workflows.

* Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

* Evaluate learners’ progress and provide constructive feedback.

* Collaborate with the academic/curriculum team to enhance the training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.

* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience** in professional graphic design projects.

* Strong command over Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, etc.), and other popular design tools.

* Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

* Creativity and a passion for helping others learn and grow in the design field.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Prior experience in training, mentoring, or conducting design workshops.

* Knowledge of UI/UX design, prototyping, and user research is a plus.

* Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work.
