Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Graphics Designer & Video Editor with a passion for creating impactful visual content. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in product-based industries, with pharmaceutical industry experience being highly preferred. You will be responsible for designing engaging graphics and producing high-quality video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

• Design creative and compelling graphics for digital and print media including social media posts, brochures, product packaging, presentations, and marketing materials
• Develop brand-consistent visual content that effectively communicates our pharmaceutical products and services
• Create infographics, illustrations, and other visual assets for educational and promotional purposes
• Design product labels, packaging materials, and promotional collateral in compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual identity

Video Editing & Production

• Edit and produce high-quality videos for various platforms including social media, website, product launches, and internal communications
• Create engaging video content such as product demonstrations, educational videos, testimonials, and promotional campaigns
• Work with motion graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content
• Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
• Manage video assets and maintain organized file systems

Collaboration & Strategy

• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for campaigns
• Ensure all designs comply with pharmaceutical regulations and industry guidelines
• Stay updated with design trends, particularly in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Required QualificationsExperience

• Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• At least 1 year of experience working in a product-based industry
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is highly preferred

Technical Skills

• Design Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Video Editing: Expert knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Additional Tools: Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or other design platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation
• Experience with social media content creation and optimization

Professional Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical expertise in both graphic design and video editing
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and compliance is a plus
• Ability to adapt to brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in design or video editing are a plus
