Graphics Shop Assistant for sign company

Commercial Sign Company is seeking a qualified individual for sign shop help

Working in the shop with 2-3 other people completing signs, cutting materials , painting, applying vinyl, banners, vehicles, decals

-THIS IS HANDS ON shop work with learning and use of computer design and equipment for sign production. You will not be sitting at a desk on the computer.

-A background in design / computer design programs. You will need to learn or already have knowledge of sign making software, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, sign-making, and sign installation

-Use of shop tools, utility knives, T squares, small hand tools

-Small Power Tools - saws and drills

-Knowledge of sign materials and tools

-Able to lift 100lbs

-General housekeeping around the shop, cleaning, trash etc.

-Receiving deliveries for installation

-keeping track of paperwork and production materials

******This is a hands on shop job with learning all parts of the sign industries*******

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour
