Graphics/Customer Service/Marketing Representative

Duties

• Work closely with Production Management, Account Representatives, and Customer Support to develop new concepts/modifications to existing files for production in Embroidery, Screen Printing, Promotional Products, and Wide-Format (banners, stickers, and various types of signage).
• Handle graphic projects and proofing from start to finish.
• Develop new and maintain existing image library files.
• Submit layouts for project approval of final proofs.
• Create eye-catching graphics and engaging designs.
• The ability to do WordPress programming to develop client-based stores is a plus.
• Must be able to professionally communicate with co-workers, customers, and vendors via phone calls and email.
• Coordinate with other departments and work on other projects as needed.
• Use existing company logos to create engaging marketing visuals that drive sales for promotional products.
• Coordinate with other departments to support internal marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns as needed.
• A portfolio of your design capabilities and previous work history is important and you must be able to work in a team environment.
• This role focuses mostly on existing company logos, not original art designs.

Experience

• Adobe Creative Suite: 2 years (Required)
• Graphic design: 2 years (Required)
• Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (Required)
• Previous work history in a production-heavy design environment (Print, Apparel, or Signage) is preferred.
• Strong understanding of file formats for different production methods.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills; ability to remain professional and helpful under deadlines.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
