About the Role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong experience in event branding, conceptual design, and visual identity creation for live events. The ideal candidate understands how branding translates into physical spaces and can design for print, digital, stage, signage, décor, and immersive event experiences.

Key Responsibilities1. Event Branding & Visual Identity

• Develop branding concepts, mood boards, and complete visual systems for events.
• Create high-quality key visuals for proposals, client decks, and event themes.
• Design striking visuals for stages, backdrops, arches, photobooths, installations, and experiential zones.

2. Production-Ready Artwork

• Prepare accurate print-ready files for fabric, vinyl, acrylic, LED screens, large-format branding, and 2D/3D signage.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure design feasibility.

3. Proposal & Presentation Support

• Support the events team with premium proposal decks.
• Create layouts, infographics, iconography, and visual storytelling for client pitches.

4. Collaboration & Concept Development

• Work alongside creative directors, event planners, 3D designers, and production teams.
• Transform abstract concepts into polished visuals with high execution detail.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio showcasing event branding (mandatory).
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and composition.
• Ability to design for large-scale prints, fabrication, and stage branding.
• Understanding of signage specifications & materials (MDF, acrylic, vinyl, LED, etc.).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with event mock-ups, stage renders, or 3D modeling (not mandatory but preferred).
• UI/UX skills for digital booths or interactive experiences.
• Experience in motion graphics.
