Our company is looking for a talented and experienced GRC Consultant with at least 3 years of experience to Join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and continuously improve IT governance frameworks aligned with COBIT and ISO/IEC 38500 standards.
• Develop IT policies, procedures, and charters related to governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Facilitate governance assessments and maturity evaluations using COBIT, ITIL, and other industry frameworks.
• Support the creation of decision matrices, governance bodies (e.g., IT Steering Committee), and RACI models.
• Align IT initiatives with enterprise goals using COBIT goals cascade methodology.
• Work with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
• Collaborate with IT, audit, security, and digital transformation teams to ensure compliance and alignment.
• Contribute to internal/external IT audits, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance reviews.
• Provide advisory on optimizing IT processes such as change, incident, asset, and service management.
• Conduct training and awareness sessions related to governance frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• COBIT Foundation certification
