GRC Fitter

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled GRC Fitter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in welding and fitting, with experience in various techniques including MIG, FCAW, and TIG welding. This role involves working with fire sprinkler systems, HVAC installations, and other construction-related tasks. The GRC Fitter will be responsible for ensuring that all fittings and installations meet industry standards and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, FCAW, and TIG welding on various materials as required.
• Install fire sprinkler systems and HVAC components according to blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and ASME codes & standards to ensure accurate assembly and installation.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other equipment for pipe threading, tube bending, and soldering tasks.
• Conduct maintenance on existing installations to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members on construction sites to complete projects efficiently and safely.
• Adhere to safety protocols while rigging and working in manufacturing or construction environments.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the duration of projects.

Experience

• Proven experience in welding (MIG, FCAW, TIG) with a solid understanding of fire sprinkler fitting and plumbing systems.
• Familiarity with construction site experience is preferred; knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools effectively.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to fitting installations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
