GRE (Glass Reinforced Epoxy) Pipe Trainer

Job Summary

Solve Tech Training Institute is seeking a knowledgeable and industry-experienced GRE Pipe Trainer to deliver specialized training programs in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in oil & gas piping systems, particularly composite piping such as GRE/GRP/RTR.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions on Glass Reinforced Epoxy (GRE) piping systems.
• Cover topics such as:
• GRE pipe manufacturing (filament winding)
• Installation methods (adhesive bonding, lamination joints)
• Inspection & testing (hydrotesting, pressure testing)
• Maintenance and repair techniques
• Explain relevant industry standards including API, ASTM, and ISO.
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and practical exercises.
• Conduct workshops, case studies, and real-world application sessions.
• Provide guidance to participants on oil & gas piping practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and composite pipe technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in oil & gas, piping, or pipeline projects.
• Hands-on experience with GRE / GRP / RTR piping systems.
• Familiarity with international standards such as API, ASTM, and ISO.
• Prior training or teaching experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with oil & gas companies or EPC contractors.
• Background in piping engineering, QA/QC, or pipeline construction.
• Ability to deliver both theoretical and practical training.
