Our in-office sales team in Los Angeles empowers experienced solar professionals to succeed while helping California homeowners make the switch to clean energy.

Position: In-Office Solar Sales Representative (W2 – Salary + Bonuses)

Location: Los Angeles, CA

We’re seeking experienced, high-performing solar sales professionals who excel at closing deals via Zoom or over the phone. As an In-Office Solar Sales Representative, you’ll meet with qualified, pre-set appointments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners via Zoom or phone
  • Present and close residential solar deals remotely
  • Manage leads and proposals using company-provided CRM tools
  • Guide customers through the solar enrollment process
  • Attend weekly in-office sales meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of solar sales experience required (virtual or phone-based preferred)
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket deals remotely
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRMs
  • Independent, professional, and results-oriented
  • Passion for clean energy, sustainability, or renewable technology
