Responsibilities

• Assist with daily plant care routines, including watering, pruning, and fertilizing to promote healthy growth.
• Monitor plant health by identifying pests, diseases, or deficiencies and taking appropriate action.
• Maintain greenhouse cleanliness and organization to create a safe and productive workspace.
• Support planting, transplanting, and harvesting activities according to seasonal schedules.
• Assist with outdoor landscaping tasks such as lawn care, soil preparation, and planting beds as needed.

Requirements

• Prior experience in horticulture, gardening, farming, or landscaping is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical tasks involved in gardening and land management.
