Duties

• Welcome guests with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm, making them feel valued from the moment they arrive
• Assist guests with seating arrangements or direct them to appropriate areas within the venue
• Manage guest check-in processes using POS systems Resy and Toast ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Answer guest inquiries politely, providing information about services, amenities, or event details
• Coordinate with team members to maintain smooth guest flow and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance area to create a professional first impression
• Support guest relations by addressing concerns courteously and escalating issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a host or hostess in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred but not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems Resy and Toast is a plus
• Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills are essential
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not required
• Demonstrated professionalism, positive attitude, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences

Pay: $15.00 - $15.25 per hour
