KRAs/ Key Deliverables
- Responsible for greeting and receiving the customers to the showroom or at exhibitions
- Responsible for making calls to customer briefing about company policy, product details schemes and offers
- Escorting the customers to the required counter and offer them chairs
- Escorting the customer to the Floor Manager / Showroom Manager in case of any unsatisfied customers
- Proper maintenance of Turn Sheet every day and report to the floor manager
- Provide best hospitality to the customers
- Responsible for collecting data from customers and getting same entered in Software.
- Responsible for CRM activities including Outdoor activities of Society/club activations
- Cross verify customer data between Purchase and Non-Purchase customers list
- Always wear neat and clean dress, follow dress code
- Any other responsibilities as assigned
- Performing other related duties as required
Education, Knowledge, skill sets and Experience
- Must be a graduate in any discipline with around 3-5 yrs. of experience as a greeter and CRM/Tele calling Executive.
- Should have pleasing personality.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Good Listening skills
- Possess stress management and time management skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
