Grievance Support Executive

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer handling and empathy skills
  • Knowledge of NBFC products like personal loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.
  • Familiarity with grievance redressal guidelines issued by RBI or regulatory authorities
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage
  • Open to travel for work regarding legal cases or grievance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI customer grievance handling guidelines) is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹11,258.86 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
