Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer handling and empathy skills
- Knowledge of NBFC products like personal loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, etc.
- Familiarity with grievance redressal guidelines issued by RBI or regulatory authorities
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an advantage
- Open to travel for work regarding legal cases or grievance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred)
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., RBI customer grievance handling guidelines) is desirable
