Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to members and guests in a timely, professional manner
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
• Take food and beverage orders, serve tables, and ensure a positive dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness of bar, dining, and service areas
• Follow all safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Collaborate with kitchen and clubhouse staff to ensure seamless service
• Uphold the club’s values and hospitality standards

Requirements:

• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
• Must be 18+ years of age
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• POS system experience is a plus
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
