Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and timing.
• Assist in menu planning, contributing ideas for new grilled items or specials.
• Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines, including proper food handling techniques.
• Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to guests.
• Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar culinary role within fine dining or catering environments.
• Strong knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Excellent culinary skills with a focus on grilling techniques.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
