Grill Team Member/ Bartender

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Grill Team Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections
• Take customer orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
• Prep and cook food items per customers request
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Handle cash and card transactions efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness in the dining area and assist with bussing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements

• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience in a café, grocery store, or retail setting is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive dining experience
• Must be 21 years or older to work in bar and 18+ for grill

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $17.00 per hour
