Job Overview:

This position is responsible for finishing aluminum castings through manual grinding to ensure products meet company quality standards and customer requirements. The role supports efficient production by delivering defect‑free components while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manually grind aluminum castings using a belt grinder to remove parting lines and gate connections.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area and properly care for assigned equipment.
• Perform additional duties and activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: No minimum experience required.

Physical Requirement:

The role requires standing or walking for the entire shift, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and frequent repetitive handling of parts that involves continuous use of the wrists and arms. Employees must be able to work in environments with high noise levels and are required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
