Job Title: Grinder Associate
Location: Holland, MI
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm — no mandatory weekends

At Tiara Yachts, strength starts at the core, and as a Composite Cutter & Grinder Associate, you’ll help shape that strength with precision and purpose. You’ll cut, trim, and grind fiberglass parts into the structural components that hold our boats together. It’s hands-on, high-impact work, where every cut counts and every edge matters.

What You’ll Do:

• Trim and grind fiberglass components to specified shapes and tolerances using air tools, saws, and grinders
• Smooth edges, remove excess material, and prep surfaces for assembly or finish
• Maintain accuracy by following work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams
• Inspect finished parts for quality, completeness, and fit
• Keep tools in good condition and maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Handle materials with care and attention to both safety and quality

What It Takes:

• Comfort working with fiberglass, resins, and composite materials (PPE provided)
• Physical ability to lift, bend, grind, and work in dusty or warm conditions
• Experience using grinders, trimmers, or other cutting tools preferred
• Detail-oriented mindset — every edge, seam, and trim line matters
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet production goals
• Previous experience in composites, construction, or automotive work is helpful but not required
