Who You Are

The Host is a vital member of the Service team and serves as the first point of contact for every guest. You exude warmth and hospitality while partnering with management to efficiently coordinate seating throughout each service period. You are attentive, organized, and committed to creating a positive first impression for every visitor.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming and hospitable environment for guests, whether in person or over the phone.
• Provide accurate wait times while “finding the yes” for all guests.
• Answer guest inquiries regarding restaurant hours, operational information, menus, and reservations.
• Input and take carry-out orders, entering them accurately into the Point of Sale system.
• Serve as a liaison between guests, management, service staff, and the kitchen.
• Work efficiently with a sense of urgency while remaining composed.
• Demonstrate a passion for guest experience and an eagerness to learn and grow.

What We Need From You

• Experience in a guest-facing restaurant role preferred, but not required.
• Basic understanding of OpenTable functions.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
