GRN Officer

Karachi, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment as per delivery schedules.
  • Cross-check delivery challans/invoices against purchase orders (POs) for accuracy.
  • Create and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP or inventory management system.
  • Ensure that all goods are received in good condition and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
  • Coordinate with the GRN in-charge for inspection and clearance of materials.
  • Label and tag items accurately for storage.
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing of GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, and related records.
  • Collaborate with procurement, accounts, and store teams to resolve issues related to discrepancies, shortages, or excess deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Education: Diploma, Bachelor's, intermediate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
  • Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in a similar role in warehouse/logistics operations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Familiarity with any software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Time management and ability to work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
