Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment as per delivery schedules.
- Cross-check delivery challans/invoices against purchase orders (POs) for accuracy.
- Create and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) in the ERP or inventory management system.
- Ensure that all goods are received in good condition and report any discrepancies or damages immediately.
- Coordinate with the GRN in-charge for inspection and clearance of materials.
- Label and tag items accurately for storage.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of GRNs, delivery notes, invoices, and related records.
- Collaborate with procurement, accounts, and store teams to resolve issues related to discrepancies, shortages, or excess deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, company policies, and safety standards.
- Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Diploma, Bachelor's, intermediate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field.
- Experience: Fresh to 1 year of experience in a similar role in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with any software.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Soft Skills:
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Time management and ability to work under pressure
