About Us Asian Family Market is a growing Asian supermarket group serving our local communities with fresh produce, meat & seafood, groceries, and everyday essentials. Our new Tukwila flagship store is opening soon, and we are looking for hard-working Grocery Department Stockers to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, endcaps, and displays with grocery items in a neat and organized way

• Ensure products are properly rotated (FIFO), checking dates and removing expired items

• Help with receiving, unloading, and moving cases from trucks / backroom to sales floor

• Maintain clean, safe, and organized aisles, shelves, and backroom areas

• Check labels and prices, place shelf tags, and assist with price changes as needed

• Assist customers in finding products and provide friendly basic customer service

• Support inventory counts and report low stock or out-of-stock items to supervisors

• Follow all store safety and food-handling rules

• Perform other tasks as assigned by Grocery Manager / Store Manager

Qualifications

• Previous stocking or grocery/retail experience is a plus, but not required (we will train)

• Able to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy cases (up to ~50 lbs) repeatedly

• Comfortable with long periods of standing, bending, and moving around the store

• Reliable, responsible, and able to follow instructions and work independently

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet stocking deadlines

• Bilingual in English + Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) or another language is a plus

• Able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive hourly rate: $[21.65–23]/hour, DOE

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• 按照先进先出（FIFO）原则做好商品轮换，检查保质期并下架过期商品

• 协助卸货、搬运货物，将后仓货品补到卖场货架

• 保持货架、通道及后仓区域的整洁和安全

• 按要求粘贴、更新货架标签和价格条，协助价格变更

• 礼貌回答顾客问题，协助顾客寻找商品

• 协助盘点库存，及时向主管汇报缺货或畅销商品情况

• 严格遵守门店安全及食品处理规定

• 完成部门经理 / 店经理安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

• 有超市理货或零售相关经验者优先，无经验可培训

• 能搬运较重货物（单箱约 50 磅左右），能适应体力劳动

• 能适应长时间站立、弯腰、走动等工作形态

• 做事认真负责，可靠稳重，能按要求独立完成工作

• 能适应快节奏工作环境，按时完成补货任务

• 中英文双语优先（普通话 / 粤语 佳），会其他语言更好

• 能配合早班、晚班、周末及节假日上班

薪资与班次：

• 具竞争力的时薪：$[21.65–23]/小时（视经验而定）
