Each of our stores tries to incorporate items that the surrounding community is requesting, in effect tailoring what we carry according to the needs of our shoppers.

Our Grocery/Dairy/Frozen employees are responsible for keeping our department stocked and organized so that customers can easily find the products they are looking for. They also have an interest in product knowledge to educate customers on items they may not know about. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build right relationships with both coworkers and customers to create a welcoming and helpful environment.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 + years old
• Availability to work between 32 - 39 hours/week
• Available to work between 12 - 10 pm
• Ability to work in cold and hot environments
  • Ex. Coolers, Freezers, Outdoors, etc.
• Ability to lift/carry 5 - 70 lbs. using proper lifting techniques
• Ability to push/pull 5 - 2,000 lbs.
• Equipment operation:
  • Pallet Jack
  • Box Cutter
  • Baler
  • Compactor
  • Ladders with proper training
  • Radio/phone
• Ensure quality and safety
• Comfortability with speaking to customers in an energetic and helpful manner
• Ability to work independently
• Interest in product knowledge
