Grooming assistant

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Basic Pet Groomer to join our grooming team. The ideal candidate should have basic pet grooming skills, good English communication abilities, and basic computer/desktop knowledge. The candidate must be passionate about animal care and able to provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

* Perform basic pet grooming services, including:

* Bathing and drying pets

* Brushing and de-shedding

* Nail trimming

* Ear cleaning

* Basic hygiene trimming

* Handle pets safely and calmly during grooming procedures.

* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of grooming equipment and work areas.

* Assist senior groomers when required.

* Communicate with customers regarding grooming services and pet care.

* Schedule appointments and update customer records using a computer.

* Follow company grooming standards and safety procedures.

Requirements

* Basic experience in pet grooming is preferred.

* Ability to bathe, brush, dry, and perform basic grooming tasks.

* Basic English communication skills (speaking and understanding).

* Basic desktop/computer knowledge, including:

* Entering customer information

* Managing appointments

* Basic use of Microsoft Office or similar software

* Good attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.

* Comfortable working with dogs and cats of different sizes and breeds.

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
