Position Summary

Groom1 LLC is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Grooming Services Coordinator to oversee daily grooming operations, ensure exceptional client service, and support smooth scheduling and workflow management within our grooming facility in Doha.

The ideal candidate will act as the central point of coordination between clients, grooming staff, and management to ensure a seamless and high-quality grooming experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments for grooming services
• Coordinate daily grooming operations and staff assignments
• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment
• Handle client inquiries, service recommendations, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate client records, grooming histories, and service notes
• Monitor workflow to ensure timely service delivery and minimal waiting times
• Manage inventory of grooming supplies and coordinate restocking needs
• Assist in resolving client concerns or service-related issues professionally
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company grooming standards
• Support marketing efforts such as promotions, client engagement, and loyalty programs

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, grooming, hospitality, or administrative coordination (preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in scheduling systems or basic computer software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
