Ground Hand Laborer
C-Rae Materials is seeking a dependable and hardworking Ground Hand Laborer to support daily operations at our Hooks, TX facility. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks that may change daily based on site needs. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, physically capable, and ready to contribute to a productive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials as needed for ongoing projects.
- Shovel and rake dirt, gravel, and asphalt to prepare surfaces.
- Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Assist with maintenance of tools and equipment used on-site.
- Support supervisors and team members with additional duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
- Capable of climbing ladders to access equipment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications:
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours when required.
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong teamwork skills and commitment to safety and quality work.
