Tasks

Process all aspects of ULD (Unit Load Device) handling and movement control at the station ensuring a consistently high service level for airline customers

Supervise key station processes, including ULD inventory management in line with UCD uplift requirements

Coordinate local repair activities in close cooperation with the ULD Desk (UCD) and Regional Repair Controller (RRC)
-
Collaborate closely with the airline's Ground Handling Agent (GHA) and relevant airline stakeholders
-
Collect and prepare all essential information

Support the consolidation of data in regards to station stocks within ULD Management Systems for accurate tracking, planning and reporting
-
Support the UCD and RRC as the on-ground representative including airside activities, quality assurance and participation in relevant meetings

Practical knowledge of common MS Office applications

Experience of operational processes in aviation, transport, or logistics organizations

Good English language skills
