Ground Laborer

Overview
Join our dynamic team at Clear View Tree Care as a Ground Laborer. In this role, you will perform vital groundwork tasks on jobsites.

• Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, leveling ground, and setting up work zones
• Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment efficiently on-site
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
• Support skilled tree cutters with tasks assisting with equipment setup
• Communicate effectively with team members

Experience

• Prior experience in tree service, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Basic understanding of safety procedures related to tree service sites
• Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality as key attributes
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment

Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
