What you will be doing will vary from day to day. Spring, Summer and Fall will be all about making and maintaining the grounds to the highest standard. As part of this team, you will help present the outstanding first impression we are known for. You may be mowing, trimming bushes or weeding the flower gardens. No two days are ever the same! Fall gives way to leaf pick and prepping for Winter. Winter may find you plowing snow or assistang with remodeling projects as needed.

Team members may be called upon to complete a task at our restaurant, gift shops, hotel, rental properties. Team members work individually, or as part of a broader team on some projects, to complete tasks and keep things running.

What you’ll be doing:

• Ensures equipment and building systems are maintained regularly and in accordance with expectations.
• Water and weed flower beds as needed.
• Maintain irrigation systems.
• Mowing and trimming as needed.
• Setting up for events as needed

Skills you’ll bring along:

• Mowing experience with everything from zero-turn and push mowers to string and hedge trimmers
• 1-2 years related experience/training in landscaping/snow removal
• Ability to read and follow schematics/prints for equipment and buildings
• Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds
• Possess a valid driver's license with good driving record
• Be able to work independently with little supervision
• Possess good communication skills
• Remodeling/construction experience a plus
