Position includes full benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision and Life.

GROUNDS ATTENDANT- FT
WAGE DOE

Maintains the appearance of the outside grounds and interior plants.
Cuts, trims, and rakes all lawn and grass areas.
Trims and prunes all shrubs, trees, and related plant material.
Maintains perennial flowers.
Cleans up parking lot and grounds daily.
Operates the irrigation system.
Removes snow and ice from all side walks and parking areas as needed.
Repairs and maintains all ground related power equipment.
Provides for a safe work environment by following all safety and security procedures and rules.

• Minimum qualifications: *

Previous groundskeeper experience preferred.
Must be able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to do frequent lifting, climbing, pushing, pulling, bending, and stooping.
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
Must be flexible in scheduling and able to work weekends and holidays.
