Grounds Crew - Apartment Cleaning - General Labor

The Grounds crew will landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Work typically consists of a variety of tasks; examples include any combination of the following: mowing, trimming, edging, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking, irrigation, sweeping of parking lots and sidewalks, snow and ice management

Participate in the movement of furniture, supplies and material.

May operate trucks and assorted power equipment, such as mowers, tractors, twin-axle vehicles, snow blowers, chain saws, electric clippers, sod cutters, and pruning saws.

Help with apartment turnover by cleaning the floors, walls, and fixtures.

You also may make repairs to the property using carpentry, masonry and painting tools.

Help keep shops and maintenance vehicles and equipment clean and ready to work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $19.00 per hour
