Job Summary
We are looking for someone to take ownership of all exterior maintenance across our apartment properties. This is a management role focused on scheduling, vendor coordination, and making sure everything stays clean and well maintained. You will also coordinate larger items like roofing, siding, and other exterior repairs.

Duties

• Take responsibility for the overall exterior condition and appearance of all properties
• Schedule and manage lawn care vendors and crews
• Coordinate landscaping, mowing, trimming, and seasonal cleanups
• Schedule pressure washing and exterior cleaning
• Walk properties regularly and identify issues
• Coordinate repairs for roofs, siding, gutters, and other exterior items
• Manage vendors and contractors and make sure work is done right and on time
• Set expectations and hold vendors accountable for quality and timelines
• Oversee sidewalks, parking lots, signage, and trash areas
• Work with maintenance and property management on priorities
• Order materials and manage costs related to exterior work
• Plan ahead for larger exterior repairs and improvements
• Step in as needed to help keep exterior work moving

Experience

• Experience in construction, or exterior maintenance, is a plus
• Organized and able to manage schedules and vendors
• Good eye for property appearance and detail
• Able to hold vendors accountable
• Valid driver’s license

This role is for someone who wants to take ownership of projects and be part of a team that builds and holds its own developments.

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
