We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Grounds Keeper to join our team at Gallaway Health and Rehab in Gallaway, Tennessee. Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our outdoor grounds, including lawns, gardens, and walkways

• Perform routine lawn care and landscaping tasks, such as mowing, pruning, and weeding

• Ensure the upkeep of outdoor furniture, decorations, and equipment

• Assist with snow removal and ice control during winter months (as needed)

• Collaborate with other departments to prepare for special events and activities

• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations

Ideal Candidate:

• Has a high school diploma or equivalent

• Possesses a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work

• Is able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor outdoors

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Is able to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Is willing to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
