Grounds & Landscaping Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Grounds & Landscaping Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position supports the daily upkeep of a large, active property that includes landscaped areas, ranch facilities, and event spaces.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, safe, and well-kept outdoor environments.

Responsibilities:

• Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, blowing)
• General landscaping upkeep and property beautification
• Irrigation system monitoring and basic irrigation repairs
• Equipment operation and routine maintenance (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Weed control and seasonal landscape maintenance
• Trash removal and general grounds clean-up
• Assisting with property maintenance projects as needed
• Maintaining safe and organized work areas

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior landscaping and grounds maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Experience with lawn maintenance equipment
• Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and repairs
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Work Environment:

This is an outdoor, physically active position on a working property with regular foot traffic, animals, and scheduled events. Candidates must be comfortable working in varying weather conditions.

Schedule:

• Part time with possiblity of future full time position for right canidate
• Schedule based on property needs and seasonal workload

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone dependable, proactive, and capable of taking initiative with property upkeep. Experience working on large properties, ranches, or multi-use grounds is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
