The maintenance crews perform tasks such as pruning plant material, installing mulch, pine straw, and plants in planting beds, cleaning up leaves and debris, and performing dormant pruning in the winter months and mowing turf, trimming edges and edging walks and driveways . Responsibilities

• Perform routine landscaping maintenance including mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Install mulch, pine straw, and plants in planting beds.
• Clean up leaves and debris from client properties.
• Conduct dormant pruning during winter months.
• Lead and manage a crew to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Desire to work outdoors and perform physical labor.
