Reports to: Facility and Grounds Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Grounds Staff at Carlos Creek play a crucial role in our customers' experience by ensuring our property is well-maintained at all times. They must be self-directed team players who take pride in their work and enjoy working outdoors. This is a seasonal position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Trim, edge and weed whip walkways and landscaping
• Maintain landscaped areas by planting, watering and weeding
• General maintenance of parking lots and outdoor seating area
• Set-up and take-down of outdoor festivals
• Other duties as assigned by manager

REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask and complete assignments in a timely manner
• Ability to frequently lift and carry 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop and kneel repeatedly
• Ability to work outdoors in seasonal weather
• Ability to operate landscaping and general maintenance equipment
• 16+ years of age

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 PM

Job Type: Full time, seasonal

Pay: $18.00 per hour
