What You’ll Be Doing

• Keep the property looking sharp — mowing, trimming, edging, and keeping things clean
• Pick up trash around the grounds and common areas
• Help clean up flower beds, rake leaves, fertilize, and handle seasonal landscaping
• Maintain and keep track of tools and supplies
• Trim trees and bushes as needed
• Help check and fix irrigation systems
• Pitch in with snow removal when needed
• Help the maintenance team with small repairs, moving appliances, or inspections
• Keep the pool area clean and ready for residents
• Report or issue pet violations as needed

What You Bring

• At least 6 months of groundskeeping or landscaping experience
• Know how to safely run lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Basic irrigation knowledge or willingness to learn
• Good attitude and pride in your work
• Comfortable working outdoors in all kinds of weather
