The Job: Groundskeepers are hard worker’s, enjoy working outdoors, and take pride in our communities. The position requires heavy lifting, extensive walking and climbing. Duties include:

• Maintain the flower beds, plants and grass
• Pick up trash
• Clean pools (if there is one on site)
• Remove snow (as applicable)
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness.
• Assist maintenance team with make-ready's and work orders
• Occasional assistance may be needed at sister properties

Requirements:

Groundskeepers should have:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be detail oriented
• Must have good organizational skills
• Must be eager to learn new things
• At least one year of previous experience in a similar position
• Must have some understanding of Maintenance work
• Must be outgoing/ personable
• Must be flexible/ adaptive
• Must be a hard worker
• Attention to detail, takes pride in one's work
• Available for weekends if needed

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
