Groundskeeper

Groundskeeper – Full-Time ($18–$20/hr + Benefits)

We are hiring a full-time Groundskeeper for a luxury apartment community. This is a hands-on, outdoor role focused on keeping the property clean and well-maintained.

Location: The Grove at Turtle Run
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Pressure washing sidewalks, breezeways, and common areas
• Blowing out breezeways, walkways, and parking areas
• Picking up trash and maintaining grounds cleanliness
• Assisting with garbage and compactor areas
• Keeping the property clean and presentable daily

Requirements:

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically capable of lifting, walking, and standing for extended periods
• Experience with pressure washing or landscaping preferred
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
