Groundskeeper

Immediate Opening for a Dedicated Groundskeeper/Maintenance Person to join our team at Service Seal, LLC. This role is essential in maintaining our facilities and grounds, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment while supporting our mission of reliability and customer satisfaction. ***Must be at least 21 years of age and be able to pass and maintain drug screens and background check.***

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on company facilities and grounds.
• Utilize hand and power tools for repairs and improvements.
• Manage landscape maintenance including lawn care.
• Ensure that all areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
• Assist in the setup of outdoor events or company functions as needed.
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and report needs to management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or landscaping roles.
• Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools usage.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to landscape maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess a valid driver's license and must be insurable on company's insurance policy

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
