Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Grounds Keeper to join our vibrant landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through expert gardening, lawn care, and landscape maintenance. Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine and visually appealing
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for planting, digging, aerating, and other gardening activities
• Apply irrigation systems correctly to ensure optimal watering schedules that promote healthy growth
• Conduct regular lawn care activities such as fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to maintain lush, vibrant turf
• Assist with horticulture practices including planting new flora, transplanting, mulching, and pest management
• Maintain equipment and tools in excellent condition through routine cleaning and minor repairs
• Support overall landscaping projects by collaborating with team members to execute design plans and enhancements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in irrigation systems installation or maintenance is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture principles
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely while adhering to safety protocols
• Familiarity with landscaping techniques including planting, pruning, mulching, and pest control
• Experience with land management equipment such as trimmers, blowers, edgers, and lawnmowers
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
• A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes
