Groundskeeper

Job Summary
The Grounds Maintenance Technician is responsible for the day-to-day care and appearance of company properties across designated locations. This position performs mowing, trimming, lawn care, and general upkeep to ensure all grounds remain safe, clean, and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate lawn maintenance equipment
• Perform edging, weed trimming, hedge trimming, and removal of brush and overgrowth
• Collect and remove yard waste and debris; blow grass clippings from drives, walks, and paved surfaces
• Apply basic lawn care practices
• Conduct preventative checks on equipment; report maintenance or repair needs
• Maintain safe work areas
• Travel between assigned properties to complete scheduled grounds work
• Assist with seasonal tasks including fall cleanup, snow removal support (if applicable), and storm damage cleanup
• Other duties as assigned to support property appearance and upkeep
