Groundskeeper

Job Summary

Groundskeeper:

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. If you like working outdoors, take pride in keeping things neat and tidy, and enjoy being part of a friendly community, we'd love to me you.

What You'll Do:

• Keep the grounds looking their best: mow lawns, trim bushes, rake leaves, and maintain flower beds.
• Pick up litter and empty trash bins around the property
• Help with general landscaping projects and seasonal tasks (like snow removal or planting)
• Assist the maintenance person as needed-this might include minor repairs, painting or helping with plumbing/electrical tasks.
• Keep walkways, driveways, and common areas clean and safe for guests.
• Perform regular checks to spot and report any issues (like irrigation leaks or broken fixtures)
• Occassionally interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner.

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who enjoys physical outdoor work and doesnt mind getting their hands dirty.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment (we'll train you if your new)
• Willingness to assist with light maintenance tasks
• Friendly attitude and good communication skills

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
