Experienced Groundskeeper

Location: Mercerville, NJ

Position Overview:
A real estate investment company is seeking an experienced Groundskeeper to provide year-round care and maintenance across our residential property portfolio in Mercerville, NJ. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in maintaining attractive and safe outdoor environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and weeding
• Dig trenches and assist with landscape installations
• Conduct seasonal work such as leaf removal, pruning, and planting
• Operate snowplows and bobcat equipment during winter months
• Maintain and service lawn care equipment to ensure proper operation
• Assist with general grounds upkeep to maintain curb appeal across properties

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar groundskeeping or landscaping role
• Experience operating snowplows and bobcat machinery required
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working with equipment at heights
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
