Grounds Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Specialist to maintain and enhance the beauty of our outdoor spaces, ensuring a welcoming and pristine atmosphere for visitors and staff alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and care for lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other landscape features
• Mow, trim, prune, and water plants to promote healthy growth
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments as needed to ensure plant health
• Assist with planting new flora and seasonal displays
• Perform routine inspections and repairs of irrigation systems and outdoor equipment
• Ensure the grounds are clean, safe, and visually appealing at all times
• Collaborate with the resort team to implement landscape improvement projects

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or horticulture
• Knowledge of plant care, pest control, and irrigation systems
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for outdoor aesthetics
• Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
